Any use, copying or distribution of the Content not expressly authorized by this paragraph may violate copyright, trademark and other laws. The trademarks, service marks, trade names and logos (“Trademarks”) on this site are registered and unregistered trademarks of IFAW or others. You may not use any such Trademarks for any purpose without the prior written consent of IFAW. If you download software from this site, you must agree to the license agreement shown to you prior to downloading. Unless otherwise stated you may not redistribute, sell, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the software to a human-perceivable form without IFAW’s prior written consent. No Warranty or Liability
While IFAW attempts to provide accurate information on our site, IFAW, its affiliates, and their respective members, shareholders, directors, trustees, officers, employees, agents and suppliers (the “IFAW Parties”) assume no responsibility for, and offer no warranties or representations regarding, the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of any of the Content. Content is provided “as is” and IFAW disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You agree that you use this site at your own risk. General Provisions
These terms shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to conflict of law principles. The state and federal courts sitting in Massachusetts have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any claims or disputes arising from or relating to this site or the Content and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. Any claims arising from or in connection with this site or the Content must be brought in such courts within one year after the event giving rise to such claim. If any of these terms are found to be invalid, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provision of this Agreement. Failure by IFAW to enforce any of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such terms or any other terms. No waiver or consent shall be effective against IFAW unless in writing and no such waiver or consent shall be construed as a waiver or consent in any other or subsequent instance.
